Lucy

It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to Lucy who passed away on July 19, 2017. Her charm, energy and loving personality touched everyone who had the opportunity to meet her. She will be deeply missed by her family as a true friend and constant companion who was taken from them far too soon. Lucy's image was often used for Hamilton PAWS announcements. Our condolences to her human and canine family in their loss of an exceptionally special girl.

Ethel

As a pup Ethel was owned by a hunter who had a large group of beagles. One weekend she ran away from the pack 3 times to join a group of men in a local cabin. The hunter was contacted each time and came to get her twice. He did not come on the third day and Ethel was brought back to Hamilton with her new dad was spoiled in her forever home until she passed in her senior years.

Robyn

When we brought Robyn home, it was February and my father said "I saw my first robin today!" None of us believed him until he opened his winter coat and her little head poked out. It was love at first site, with her crooked little ear and tiny stub of a tail, and the way she'd sit splay-legged when happy. She was a little goof, my best girl, and my sweetest bearded lady.
